Less than 2 miles to live music, restaurants and the Tube Haus for tube rentals at the famous Horseshoe and your own private river access from the backyard! Our modern and stylish design ensures that everyone will have a delightful stay. The exterior offers a spacious yard along the Guadalupe, giving endless opportunities for swimming, kayaking, tubing, and fishing. With plenty of seating on the covered porch with smart TV or around the fire pit, your group can comfortably enjoy their time together. There are 4 kayaks for your use, and you can even bring your fur friends!
This unique & luxurious house boasts 4 bedrooms. The 1st Master bedroom has doors opening to the porch with a river view, king-size bed, Smart TV and en suite full bath with 2 sinks, a standalone tub and walk-in shower. The 2nd Master bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV, en suite bathroom and river views. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms each with a queen-sized bed. A Jack and Jill full bathroom connects the 3rd and 4th bedrooms. Double sinks with a tub/shower combo. There are 2 twin over twin trundle beds in the living room that can be converted to 2 king beds. High quality linens are provided for all beds & bathrooms.
You will love the open kitchen/dining/living room with a panoramic river view & all the comforts of home. Fully equipped kitchen with an island, double ovens and gas range. The dining table seats 8. The laundry room is equipped with a full-size washer & dryer & a dog bathing station. Half bath right of the kitchen/living area!
Parking for 4 vehicles, no campers, RV's or trailers allowed. The host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation & must be staying at the property. This home has a maximum occupancy of 12 guests & is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests are allowed. No smoking. To comply with city & county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video cameras. This property includes accidental damage protection that covers up to $3000.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time in this home. It was clean, open and on a nice part of the river. The kids had a blast as there were shallow parts of the river in front of the home and deeper parts not far away. Enjoyed having the kayaks available even if we didn't really use them. The incline down to the water was a little steep so just be aware if you have older folks joining you. 4 of the twin beds are in the living room (2 daybeds with trundles) so just know that people will be sleeping in a public space if you need those beds. Bring your own kitchen/hand towels (none provided) so we used lots of paper towels but not a big deal. I would LOVE to know if the downstairs area will be finished out by next year so we could bring more family!!
